Refund and Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with B.CHILDHOOD. We’re committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below is a detailed return and refund policy. Please email us at shop@bchildhood.com to start the return process as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within the first 12 hours of the order being placed.
  • If you need to make changes after this time period has expired, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or any charges incurred for the merchandise to be received.

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund for your return.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase.
  • Items returned must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping:

  • If the need for a return arises due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), B.CHILDHOOD will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return, excluding weekends or holidays.
  • You may inquire about a replacement within 30 days upon receiving if your item has a manufacturing issue, is the incorrect size than what was ordered, or didn’t reach the delivery address provided (excluding customer input errors). We require a photo/video showing the defect.
  • Full refunds are not available if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control, like providing the wrong shipping address.

Your order has already been processed for shipping.

Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of B.CHILDHOOD.


Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you’re awaiting a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account. Then, depending on your payment method, contact your bank or credit card company. Refund postings can take time.
  • If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at shop@bchildhood.com.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Occasionally, packages return to our warehouse as undeliverable. This can occur for several reasons, such as an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or package refusal by the recipient.
  • B.CHILDHOOD is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will not issue a credit or refund for items in these packages.
  • If your package was lost in transit, please file a claim with your local post office.

Privacy When Making a Return:

  • B.CHILDHOOD is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected during returns is securely stored for a reasonable time and may be used for fraud protection, research, or analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments as required by law.

Rights & Reservations:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.
