SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently ship to the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (continental US only).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important information for shipments to the US:
- As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption (duty-free treatment for shipments valued under $800) has been suspended for all international postal shipments.
- All shipments to the US are now subject to applicable duties and tariffs.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- B.CHILDHOOD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for current duty rates before placing an order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
If you are located outside the US and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@bchildhood.com for assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please wait 2 business days and check with neighbors or your local post office. Contact us if still missing.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@bchildhood.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
