REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with B.CHILDHOOD. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please email us at shop@bchildhood.com to start the return process as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 12 hours of the order being placed. If you need to make changes after this time period has expired, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or any charges incurred for the merchandise to be received.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund for your return.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Items must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging
3. Return Shipping
If the need for a return arises due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), B.CHILDHOOD will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
You may be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the incorrect size or product
- The order did not reach the delivery address provided (excluding customer input errors)
We require a photo or video showing the defect or issue.
Full refunds are not available if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address)
- Your order has already been processed for shipping
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of B.CHILDHOOD
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account
- Contact your bank or credit card company (refund postings can take time)
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please email us at shop@bchildhood.com
6. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages return to our warehouse as undeliverable. This can occur due to:
- An incorrect shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Package refusal by the recipient
B.CHILDHOOD is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will not issue a credit or refund for items in these packages. If your package was lost in transit, please file a claim with your local post office.
7. Privacy When Making a Return
B.CHILDHOOD is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected during returns is securely stored for a reasonable time and may be used for fraud protection, research, or analysis. It may be disclosed to state and federal authorities as required by law.
